we begin with a fox news alert. a life look from tel aviv israel. 10 woundsd after a bus explosion. this happened just minutes ago and we are live from tel aviv. leland good morning. 7 hours ahead of us here in new york. how are things looking so far? >> 12:30 as we head to the scene of this bus explosion. so far we know 16 people dead others wounded seriously. this would be a significant coup for hamas or islamic jihad or any of the other groups to be able to put someone in tel aviv in a position to bomb a bus. a suicide bomb was on board. we don't know if it was a suicide bombing or perhaps someone throwing a bomb on to a

adeal. more on that lart. in the meantime the director of national intelligence james clapper is changing his story about who removed a reference to al qaeda from the talking points on the benghazi terror attacks that left four americans dead. peter doocy is live for us in washington with the details. what now? >> in the last week we have heard two different stories of the number one intelligence officials on thursday behind closed doors he told congress whoever took the phrase al qaeda out of the cia talking points about the benghazi attacks that were giving susan rice worked outside of the intelligence community. on monday a spokesman came out and said the changes were made within the intelligence community. >> i think clapper has to say and has to say publicly whether he advocated the youtube video

what do we know so far? >> in the past two or three minutes there are hundreds of police officers out here. this is the first bombing of a bus in tel aviv in years. it struck how close the bus bomb was. a number physical injured seriously. we don't know if it was a suicide bomb error something thrown on to the bus. you have to realize how close the pentagon is with possible significance to that that as fire talks to end the israeli bombing in gaza and rockettes flying back into israel from hamas to islamic jihad. so far neither hamas or islamic jihad has taken responsibility. there's a lot of talk they are specifically under intense pressures from backers in iran in order to be able to try cease
